Quality Assurance Consulting
The definition of quality assurance according to The American Concrete Institute is “actions taken by an organization to provide and document assurance that what is being done and what is being provided are in accordance with the contract documents and standards of good practice for the work.” DRC will provide you with the highest standard of quality assurance. We will do this by:
- Providing Pour Reports
- Pour Report: A detailed summary of your concrete placement details
- Overseeing safety of your team on-site
- Assessment letters for any concrete issues (performed by 3rd party)
- Meeting with clients on your behalf
- Reviewing & providing concrete care instructions to clients
Pour Reports
DRC has created a quality assurance document called a Pour Report. A pour report provides essential, detailed and factual information from each of your projects. This report includes but is not limited to: Product placement, design mix, additives, W/C Ratios, slump, temperature, truck spacing, batch ticket information and other pertinent information about your project.
Safety Consulting
DRC can provide a full time, on-site, safety consultant that can oversee and audit your jobsite. An audit demonstrates a contractor’s compliance with federal, state, local and client regulations. We can provide short term or long-term staffing for all of your safety needs. DRC will assess potential hazards in the field and help you reduce risk among your team. When you combine OSHA regulations along with local and state regulations, you have an extensive and complex set of practices.
